Treatment management: Depending on the diagnosis, cardiologists may recommend medications, dietary changes, or other treatment approaches. In some cases, they may suggest surgery.
Prevention: In addition to treating existing problems, they focus on preventing new problems. This includes advice on healthy eating, exercise, and avoiding risks that can affect cardiovascular health, such as smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.
